PURPOSE: An aramid fiber-reinforced rubber composite material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the interfacial adhesion between a fiber textile and rubber by plasma processing. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an aramid fiber-reinforced rubber composite material comprises the following steps: plasma-processing an aramid fiber fabric; heating chloroprene rubber, or dissolving the chloroprene rubber with a cross-linking agent to form a rubber composition; spreading the rubber composition to the aramid fabric, and compressing to produce a prepreg; and laminating the prepreg and hardening.
