PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a vegetation block is provided to improve the root rootage of plants using vermiculite with the high specific volume, as a main raw material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a vegetation block comprises the following steps: forming a raw material mixture by mixing vermiculite powder, base powder, and pyrolytic granules, and a binder; inserting the raw material mixture to a mold; firstly heating for 12 hours in 100~200deg C to prevent the transformation and drying; secondly heating in 700~800deg C; and separating the product from the mold. The raw material mixture contains 5~30 parts of base powder by weight, 5~15 parts of glass frit by weight, 5~18 parts of pyrolytic granule by weight, and 1~4 parts of binder by weight.
