PURPOSE: An RSSI based location measurement method using multi-level transmission power in a wireless network is provided to perform the more improved RSSI based location measurement by solving a ranging error of an RSSI value caused by a wireless characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A positioning target node transmits node packets. A coordinator transmits a report packet to a positioning server, wherein the report packet includes transmission output information. The positioning measurement server selects a transmission output level as a candidate transmission output level, and selects a candidate coordinates.
