<p>A composition plan making-out device to make out a composition plan for mixing a plurality of kinds of composition raw materials is provided with simulators (201, 202) that calculate a supply-demand condition of the composition raw materials a property of the raw materials after the mixture; an input data taking-in unit (301); model construction units (203, 204) that construct a numerical formula to express a restriction of a supply-demand balance and a numerical formula to express a property restriction of the composition raw material after the mixture in the light of a predetermined optimized period from a plan commencement date and time as a target in accordance with a shipment schedule of the composition raw material, a stock condition of the composition raw material, a property of the composition raw material and data including expense information; and a plan unit (205) that carries out an optimized calculation in accordance with an object function constructed with respect to the expense by using the numerical formula constructed by the model construction units (203, 204) and calculates an instruction for the simulators (201, 202).</p> |
