PURPOSE: A solar battery manufacturing method using a substrate formed with convexo-concave structure is provided to improve the adhesion between the convexo-concave part of a substrate and the bottom electrode by reducing the roughness of the convexo-concave formed on the substrate and forming a moderate inclination. CONSTITUTION: The concavo-convex region is formed on one side of a substrate(100). The substrate formed with the concavo-convex region is chemically etched. A bottom electrode(200) is formed on the concavo-convex region of the substrate. A photoelectric device(300) on which the amorphous semiconductor layer is laminated is formed on the bottom electrode.
