PURPOSE: A piping blocking apparatus for a non-water blockage construction method is provided to carry out conduit line construction without stopping the supply of water as the apparatus is spread and blocks up the conduit line when the fluid pressure is transferred to both sides of a middle blocking plate. CONSTITUTION: A piping blocking apparatus for a non-water blockage construction method comprises a body(10), a middle blocking plate(20), and a pair of side blocking plates(30). The middle blocking plate is supported by the body. The middle blocking plate crosses the longitudinal direction of the conduit line. A pair of side blocking plates are coupled with both sides of the middle blocking plate. A pair of side blocking plates are faced to each other based on a back side of the middle blocking plate and the vertical center line.
