PURPOSE: A branch pipe socket fitting device is provided to ensure the watertight seal at branch even when an end of a branch hole is damaged or a large branch hole is made due to an error of a hole cutter. CONSTITUTION: A branch pipe socket fitting device comprises a branch hole(650), a pipe type first packing(70), and a second packing(30). A curved blade piece(210) at the lower end of a branch pipe(200) is inserted into the branch hole. The first packing protects the outer circumference of the branch pipe. The second packing is made of a doughnut-shaped corrugated rim and installed between the curved blade piece of the branch pipe and the underside of the first packing. As a fastening nut is tightened, the corrugated rim is pressed onto the curved blade piece of the branch pipe, thereby preventing the branch pipe separating from the branch hole. |
