CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(200) includes concepts and terms and stores terminology dictionary information to which at least one terms for concepts belongs. A control unit(270) receives queries and searches term dictionary information corresponding to the query in the term dictionary information. A display unit(280) displays the searched term dictionary information according to the hierarchical relation of the searched term dictionary information.
