PURPOSE: A tuner is provided to contribute miniaturization of receiving device such as television by attaching the tuner on a circuit substrate of a receiving device. CONSTITUTION: A cable is connected for transmitting a received signal in close connection part(201). The close connection part has a core wire(202) which outputs the receiving signal. A tuner board(204) is arranged vertically about the direction inserting the cable to the close connection part. In the tuner substrate, a tuner circuit which performs signal processing including power amplification and a frequency conversion is mounted. The shield case(203) enhances a noise immunity about electric wave flown from the external side of the tuner substrate.
