PURPOSE: A biodegradable fiber, a manufacturing method thereof, and a non-woven fabric manufactured therefrom are provided to secure the improved texture, brittle property, elongation rate, and dyeability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a biodegradable fiber comprises the following: forming a mixture by mix-melting 50~92wt% of polylactic acid resin, 7~45wt% of PBS system resin, and 1~5wt% of inorganic material; spinning the mixture in 180~250deg C to form an undrawn yarn; extending the undrawn yarn at the elongation ratio of 1.2~2.5; crimping the extended yarn; attaching a spinning emulsion to the crimped extended yarn; and heat-setting the extended yarn and cutting into a constant length. |
