<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable building made of paper material which is used for temporary housing outdoors or indoors at an evacuation site in a disaster-stricken area or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The building 1 made of the paper material is constituted by installing construction members having side-walls and a roof 5 which are made of the paper material on a floor base 2 made of the paper material. The floor base is constituted by arranging the number of belt-like outer frames and pedestal members corresponding to the floor area of the building. The belt-like outer frame is made of the foldable paper material, and support members made of the foldable paper material are arranged inside the outer frame.
