PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-fitting structure, which suppresses a variation of press-fitting force, and also to provide a press-fitting device. SOLUTION: The press-fitting structure is equipped with: a hole section 3 formed in a wall surface 31 and having an opening taper surface 32 the hole diameter of which increases toward the opening side; and a press-fitting section 2 having a first press-fitting taper surface 21 and a second press-fitting taper face 22 which are arranged in the order from the end side on the side press-fitted in the hole section 3 and the diameter of which decrease toward the end. The second press-fitting taper surface 22 has a slant angle smaller than that of the opening taper surface 32, and the first press-fitting taper surface 21 has a slant angle larger than that of the second press-fitting taper surface 22.
