PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device in which a floating mechanism is made compact and lightweight. SOLUTION: This fastening device includes a shaft part 34 whose tip has a square rod shape, a sliding part 35, on which a hole part 351 is formed which has a socket part 353 on a tip side and in which a tip of the shaft part 34 is inserted, and a spring 36 energizing the slide part 35 to the shaft part 34 in an advancing direction. The hole part 351 is formed so that the sliding part 35 is freely fitted to the shaft part 34 movably in a direction crossing with an axial direction, and rotates following the rotation of the shaft part 34. Protrusions 343 are formed on an outer peripheral faces 342A-342D on the tip of the shaft 34, and a cam hole 352, in which the protrusions 343 penetrate, and which is enlarged along the axial direction of the slide part 35, is formed on a base end of the sliding part 35. Dimension of the cam hole 352 along a circumferential direction of the sliding part 35 gets narrower towards the base end side from the tip end side, and is slightly larger than an outside dimension of the protrusions 343 at the most base end side.
