<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quickly and sensitively determiningβ-glucan of a level non-detectable by conventionalβ-glucan determination method without using a dedicated device. <P>SOLUTION: Concentration ofβ-glucan in a specimen is quantitatively determined by reacting an determination object specimen, a reagent containing a G factor which is activated by bonding withβ-glucan and a luminescent synthetic substrate obtained by bonding a luminescent substrate to a peptide to liberate the luminescent substrate from the luminescent synthetic substrate, reacting the liberated luminescent substrate with a luminescent enzyme, determining generated light intensity and determiningβ-glucan concentration based on the result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
