<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube clamp reduced in assembly time without an increase in cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The clamp includes polymeric body portions connected by a living hinge. A retention section is each created in each body portion. An elastically deflectable material insert member has an injection molded structural part to be engaged with the retention section.
