<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a female terminal fitting capable of inserting into a terminal insertion hole of a connector housing easily, and also capable of aiming at prevention of bending deformation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The female terminal fitting is provided with the terminal body 2 formed in a cylindrical shape at a tip side of the female terminal fitting, and an electrical connection part 3, positioned at the rear of the terminal body 2 and set into a cylindrical shape with a smaller diameter than the terminal body 2 on the same axis with the terminal body 2. A gap between the terminal body 2 and the electric wire connection part 3 is coupled by a step part 29a formed along a peripheral direction, then a core wire 40 of the wire 4 is arranged from the rear in the electric wire connection part 3.
