PURPOSE: A system and a method for distributing of profits in an order-placement and reception system are provided to improve working efficiency by negotiating price with a purchase customer in consideration of a regular future payment condition such product register cost, sale commission, discount event, and so. CONSTITUTION: An operating company server(300) registers a sales price agreed between a seller and a customer and business consultation information agreed with a seller. The operating company server calculates a common operating profit rate based on the sales price and the business consultation information. The operating server determines the profit for the seller through the common operating profit rate, and a seller terminal(200) receives from the operating server the information on the common operating profit rate and a distribution profit. |
