<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-point type seat belt device having an excellent belt installing/non-installing property, and occupant restraining performance which is hard to be influenced by sliding of a seat. <P>SOLUTION: The three-point type seat belt device 10 includes: a belt guide 12 provided at an upper portion of a vehicular width direction inside part of the seat; an anchor 14 at a lower portion of the vehicular width direction inside part of the seat; a slip joint 16 lowered to a position along a vehicular width direction outside surface lower part of the seat when the belt is installed, and lifted when the belt is not installed; a lever 18 rotatably supported by a vehicular width direction outside surface upper part of the seat, and supporting the slip joint 16 at a distal end 18b; a shoulder belt 20a extending from the belt guide 12 to the slip joint 16 when the belt is installed; and a wrap belt 20b folded back at the slip joint 16 to connect to the shoulder belt 20a when the belt is installed.
