摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a troublesome issue that, in case of the situation where a plurality of power storage elements are electrically connected, if and when one of the storage elements gets deteriorated, at least that element must be removed and removal work becomes troublesome. SOLUTION: The device includes a plurality of power storage elements (10) electrically connected, a first electricity passing line (40) used for charging and discharging the power storage elements while connected with one side of electrode terminals (an negative electrode terminal 11) of the power storage elements, second electricity passing lines (20, 40) used for charging and discharging the power storage elements while being connected with the other side of the electrode terminals (a positive electrode terminal 12) of the power storage elements. A conductive member (31) arranged on the first electricity passing line moves between a position where it gets in contact with the one electrode terminal (11) to electrically connect the first electricity passing line with that one electrode terminal and a position where it gets in contact with the second electricity passing lines in a non-contact state with the one electrode terminal to electrically connect the first and the second electricity passing lines.
