DRUG COMBINATIONS CONTAINING PDE4 INHIBITORS AND NSAIDS

The invention relates to novel drug combinations which, in addition to one or more PDE4 inhibitors, comprise at least one NSAID (= non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) (2), to a method for their production and to the use thereof for treating in particular diseases of the respiratory tract, such as COPD, chronic sinusitis and asthma. The invention relates in particular to those drug combinations comprising at least one NSAID (2) in addition to one or more, preferably one PDE4 inhibitor of general formula (1), in which X represents SO or SO2, preferably SO and in which R1, R2, R3 and R4 are defined as cited in claim 1. The invention also relates to the production of said combinations and to their use in the treatment of respiratory tract diseases.
