<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component attaching structure in which manufacturing a die is easily performed even when it has a long slit shape, and also to provide an electronic apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The component attaching structure is a component attaching structure 11 for attaching a second component 30 to a first component 20. In the first component 20, a first slit 23A and a second slit 23B for attaching the second component 30 by sliding are formed. In the first slit 23A and the second slit 23B, a vertical groove part 23d, and a broad part 23e which is broader than the vertical groove part 23d, are formed. In the second component 30, a first projection 34A which enters the first slit 23A, and a second projection 34B which enters the second slit 23B, are formed. When the first projection 34A and the second projection 34B move within the first slit 23A or the second slit 23B, either the first projection 34A or the second projection 34B is located in the broad part 23e so long as the second component 30 is located in a position in different sliding direction.
