PURPOSE: A reaction pin device for a ship and a ship therewith are provided to control cavitation which can be collided with a propeller. CONSTITUTION: A reaction pin device(5) for a ship comprises a reaction pin(51). The reaction pin is located in the front of a propeller(3) in the rear of a ship(1) and generates driving force for advancing the ship in a radial direction of a propeller shaft(31). The A wing end plate(52) is extended from the end of the reaction pin when the ship is advanced.
