<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl top cover reliably retaining a lid body without dropping it from an opening and allowing a large work opening while reducing a work space. <P>SOLUTION: A locking part 68 is provided to the lid body 23 capable of blocking the opening 22 provided in a cowl top cover body. The opening 22 is provided with a lock receiving part 46 for receiving the locking part 68. The lid body body 64 is retained on the opening 22 by receiving the locking part 68 with the lock receiving part 46, and the opening 22 is partially opened by bending the lid body body 64 with a bending part 63 in a state where the locking is partially released, thereby forming the work opening 72.
