PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-damping composition which easily allow something to exhibit excellent vibration-damping performance. SOLUTION: The vibration-damping composition comprises a polymeric material and an inorganic filler for enhancing its vibration-damping performance. The inorganic filler comprises swellable mica and non-swellable mica. The average particle diameter of the swellable mica is in the range of 1-7μm. It is desirable that the average particle diameter of the swellable mica is in the range of 4μm or smaller.
