<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanofiber-spinning apparatus increased in the freedom degree of material selection. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This melt spinning apparatus A including a thermoplastic resin-melting mechanism 1, a thermoplastic resin extruder 21 for extruding the thermoplastic resin into a spinning space S, and a spinning mechanism 2 for electrostatically spinning the melted thermoplastic resin with electric charge-applying means for applying an electric charge to the thermoplastic resin and counter-electrode electric charge-applying means for applying an electrically sucking counter-electrode electric charge. In the spinning apparatus A, the thermoplastic resin extruder 21 includes a base portion 212 having receiving ports 212a for receiving the thermoplastic resin melted with the thermoplastic resin-melting mechanism 1, a protruded portion 213 having extrusion ports 213a for extruding the thermoplastic resin, and extrusion holes 214 for linking the extrusion ports 213a of the protruded portion 213 to the receiving ports 212a of the base portion 212 and for extruding the thermoplastic resin melted with the thermoplastic resin-melting mechanism 1 from the extrusion ports 213a, and electrostatically spinning the thermoplastic resin extruded from the extrusion ports 213a of the protruded portion 213.
