摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate a voltage variation without impairing following performance to the variation of load reactive power. <P>SOLUTION: A value obtained by adding an estimated variation widthΔH of a load reactive power Qf to a mean value of the load reactive power Qf and subtracting the resulting value width from an apparatus capacity Qcap is set as an upper-limit value. A value obtained by subtracting the variation widthΔH from the mean value of the load reactive power Qf and inverting the positive or negative sign of the obtained value is set as a lower-limit value. A limiter 36 for limiting a signal to be input at a value between the upper- and lower-limit values is provided, and a reactive power correction amountΔQv for correcting the load reactive power Qf which is calculated based on a difference voltageΔV between an effectual value of a system voltage Vs and a target value thereof is limited by the limiter 36. Thus, the sum of a reactive power correction amount limit valueΔQv' after limiting and the reactive power correction amountΔQv comes within the apparatus capacity Qcap, and a reactive power equivalent to a target reactive power compensation amount Q<SB>M</SB>as the sum of the reactive power correction amount limit valueΔQv' and the load reactive power Qf can be compensated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
