METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LENS SHEET, TRIMMING DIE USED FOR METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND THE LENS SHEET

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a lens sheet on which foreign matters hardly remain. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A lens sheet raw sheet having a main surface including a plurality of columnar lenses arranged in parallel with each other is prepared. Successively a protective film is pasted on the main surface of the lens sheet. Next, a trimming die 400 having a cutting blade 410 including a bent blade part 413 is prepared. The bent blade part 413 is bent in zigzag or wave-like manner along a longitudinal direction and each bent part has a round shape. The trimming die 400 and the lens sheet raw sheet are arranged so that the longitudinal direction of the bent blade part 413 shows the longitudinal direction of a columnar lens on the lens sheet and the lens sheet raw sheet is cut from the main surface side on which the protective film is pasted to form the lens sheet.
