<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support device, an operation support method and a program, allowing support of operation of a user without having to prepare support information, in advance, and allowing easy coping with various Web systems. <P>SOLUTION: This operation support device connected to the Web system, having a plurality of terminal devices 20 and a Web server 30, supporting the operation of the user in each terminal device 20 includes: an acquisition part 7 acquiring information transmitted to each terminal device 20 from the WEb server 30, and operation contents performed in each terminal device 20; a storage part 8 storing the acquired operation contents; a next operation decision part 6 deciding next operation contents performed subsequently to the acquired operation contents by the use of the operation contents already stored in time of the acquisition; and an information output part 5 adding information for specifying the decided next operation contents to the acquired information, and transmitting the obtained information to the terminal device that is a target of transmission. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
