<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a cellular phone to a specification usable abroad with a simple operation when using the cellular phone abroad. <P>SOLUTION: The cellular phone 100 includes: a display part 14 for displaying time information; an input part 16 for selecting a country and an area desired by a user; a display time change part 111 for setting the local time corresponding to the selected country and area as the time information; and a character input mode change part 112 for changing the current character input mode to the character input mode corresponding to the selected country and area to be set; and is structured such that, only by executing an operation of selecting a country and an area desired by a user, the time display is changed over to the local time corresponding to the country and area, and the character input mode is changed over to one corresponding to the country and area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
