<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter for demonstrating a high noise suppressing effect at a desired frequency and at the frequency of a wide band. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The noise filter includes a common mode choke coil part 2 provided with coils 2A and 2B, and parallel circuit parts 3-1 and 3-2. The coils 2A and 2B are wound around the winding core part 25 of a core 20, both end parts 2a1 and 2a2 of the coil 2A are bonded to external electrodes 21 and 22 at the lower part flange parts 26 and 27 to which a top plate 28 is disposed, and both end parts 2b1 and 2b2 of the coil 2B are bonded to external electrodes 23 and 24. The parallel circuit part 3-1 (3-2) is assembled to the common mode choke coil part 2 and is connected in parallel with the coil 2A (2B). The parallel circuit part 3-1 (3-2) has a conductor 3A (3B) of high resistance and a side plate 31 (32), and has an electric structure wherein a third coil (fourth coil) and a first resistor (second resistor) are connected in series.
