<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point processing system promoting use of an express way or a toll road, by providing service of giving points equivalent to discount price, as well as discounting of a toll for a road. <P>SOLUTION: The point processing system 10 provides the service of giving points based on the prices for purchase of a product or use of a service in a facility of the road or facilities around it, by expanding discount service not for the toll for the road such as an express way or a toll road, in cooperation with an ETC system 11.
