<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reversibly immortalized mammalian liver cells with more safety and high reversibility which solve conventional problems, are replaceable with healthy human liver cells, allow mass proliferation, and are controllable in life, and to provide bio-artificial liver cells or cell preparations. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a nonviral vector having a nonviral promoter, encoding an immortalizing gene between a pair of site-specific recombination sequences, and encoding a suicide gene at a site excluding the prescribed pair of the site-specific recombination sequences. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
