<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display apparatus exhibiting display properties with an excellent advertising effect. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The information display apparatus is provided in a photovoltaic power system (10) that is equipped with: solar panels (12), each having multiple solar cells (13) arranged on a plane; solar cell modules (11), each having one or more solar panels (12) arranged on a plane; and a power conditioner (31) that converts DC power obtained by the solar cell modules (11) into AC power. The information display apparatus is equipped with: one or more light emitters (21) that are provided to each unit of multiple solar cells (13) and emit visible light; a display section (20) that displays an image (22) by turning on or off the respective light emitters (21) in the multiple solar cells (13); and a controller (40) that controls the respective light emitters (21) to turn them on or off.
