<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vanadium recovering device and a vanadium recovering system efficiently recovering vanadium from incineration ash caused by combustion of petroleum fuel. <P>SOLUTION: This vanadium recovering device includes a kiln rotary furnace 5 producing material dust including vanadium tetroxide and vanadium trioxide by performing heat treatment on the incineration ash caused by combustion of petroleum fuel, further producing sulfur oxides from sulfate in the incineration ash A and discharging the same as exhaust gas, and a plasma torch 23 is used as a heat source of the kiln rotary furnace. The device decomposes sulfate in the incineration ash A to produce sulfur oxides, and discharges as the exhaust gas, and produces the material dust including vanadium trioxide and vanadium tetroxide from the incineration ash A, to efficiently recover vanadium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
