<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, which enables a user to easily transport and copy data displayed on a screen. <P>SOLUTION: The user pushes down a switch 31 while indicating data to be copied on a touch panel display 22 of a terminal device 11 by a pen 12. The pen 12 transmits a memory instruction for the indicated data to the terminal device 11 through nearby communication with a radio wave and receives information for identifying data to identify the indicated data. The user, as a next step, brings the pen 12 into contact with a position on the touch panel display 22 for pasting and restores the switch 31 being pushed down to a normal position, then, the pen 12 transmits a data read-out instruction through the information for identifying data to the terminal device 11. The terminal device 11 displays the indicated data at a destination of pasting.
