PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce defocusing of light emitted to respective small regions, when a photosensitive material film formed on a translucent film is divided into small regions and exposure is performed sequentially for each region. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a display device, wherein the entire exposure object region of the photosensitive material film formed on the translucent film is divided into the plurality of small regions and the focus of light emitted to each of the plurality of small regions is determined, when exposing the photosensitive material film, the entire exposure object region of the photosensitive material film is divided into a plurality of length measurement unit regions, and the focus of light is determined on the basis of a distance from the optical system of an exposure device to the photosensitive material film, which is measured for each length measurement unit region, and an opaque conductive layer is formed on each length measurement unit region prior to formation of the translucent film.
