<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control valve device that can suppress degradation of opening operation of a reed plate. <P>SOLUTION: A housing 10 includes a fluid passage 5 and a sealing part 131. A reed plate 20 is arranged in the fluid passage 5 to fix an outer edge part 21 to the housing 10, allows flow of the fluid in the fluid passage 5 by deforming to bend to open by separating the side opposite to the outer edge part 21 from the sealing part 131, and blocks the flow of the fluid in the fluid passage 5 by closing by making the side opposite to the outer edge part 21 abut on the sealing part 131. A first restriction member 30 includes a fixation part 31 for fixing the outer edge part 21 of the reed plate 20, an intermediate part 32 formed to extend at a predetermined length to the side opposite to the reed plate 20 from the fixation part 31, and a stretching part 33 stretching to be nearly parallel to the reed plate 20 from an end of the intermediate part 32 on the side opposite to the fixation part 31.
