<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask for particle arrangement capable of correctly arranging particles in a predetermined cell, when arranging a particle group for a display medium using the mask for particle arrangement, and to provide a method of particle arrangement using the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mask for particle arrangement has openings and mask parts adapted for each display area, and is used for arranging different types of display media, respectively, to respective display areas obtained by dividing the whole display areas, when manufacturing an information display panel, which displays information by driving the display medium constituted as the particle group including charged particles with an electrical field formed between facing panel boards, by arranging two panel boards at a panel space formed so as to face to each other.
