<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and lightweight direction transmission device for transmitting information including a direction in an intuitively understandable manner. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The direction transmission device 10 includes: a fixed part 11 with an opening window 11a formed thereon; and movable part 12 having a movable stage 12a disposed apart from the rear face of the fixed part 11 with a predetermined gap 13, and having an exposed face movable right and left to the opening window 11a. In information transmission, the direction transmission device 10 moves the movable stage 12a to a predetermined direction, and transmits a direction by use of sensing of force that catches a part of skin in contact on the movable stage 12a through the opening window 11a, in a gap 13.
