PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a forced circulation time while minimizing stopping of natural circulation, and to carry out smooth switching from the natural circulation to the forced circulation for performing stable operation. SOLUTION: In a cooling system 10 for an electronic apparatus, a natural circulation mechanism and a forced circulation mechanism of a refrigerant are arranged between an evaporator 20 and a condenser 22 switchably between the natural circulation mechanism and the forced circulation mechanism. The cooling system includes: a gas pipe 26 from the evaporator 20 to the condenser 22; a liquid pipe 24 from the condenser 22 to the evaporator 20; a bypass pipe 28 arranged in the course of the liquid pipe 24; a pump 30 arranged in the bypass pipe; a check valve 27 arranged in a bypass corresponding part 24A of the liquid pipe 24; a tank 29 arranged upstream of the liquid pipe 24 to communicate with the liquid pipe 24; a temperature sensor 23 measuring exhaust gas temperature after cooling exhaust air with the evaporator 20; and a controller 17 driving the pump 30 when the measured temperature by the temperature sensor 23 is increased above a set temperature for stopping the natural circulation, and stopping the pump 30 when the measured temperature is lowered below the set temperature.
