<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone apparatus, telephone call transfer method and telephone call transfer program, wherein a user of a called terminal is enabled to easily grasp from whom a telephone call is incoming, by notifying the user about a registration name of a calling terminal even in the case that the registration name of the calling terminal is not registered in the called terminal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A telephone set is connected to a plurality of handset terminals and a received incoming call can be transferred to the handset terminals. When the telephone set receives telephone number information of a calling terminal and an incoming call from the calling terminal, the telephone set acquires from a base unit telephone directory table a corresponding registration name corresponding to the received telephone number information (S34). When enabling a speech between the calling terminal and a handset terminal by transferring the incoming call to the handset terminal that becomes a called terminal, the acquired corresponding registration name is transmitted to the handset terminal (S39, S42).
