<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium for recording and reproducing digital moving image information, and to provide an information reproducing method, an information recording method, and an information reproducing device using the medium. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the information storage medium, an AV (Audio Video) file, cell time information and PGC (Program Chain) information are recorded in respective different areas. The cell time information includes a time code table related to a video object. Overlapping reproduction of the same part in the video object is performed between different cells in different PGC. A unit of an address managed in control information to which the cell time information and the PGC information belong differs from a unit of an AV address defined in the AV file. Information about a sampling frequency of an audio signal is included in the cell time information.
