<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate adjustment of pushing volume, until moving operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The button-type switch is provided with a button part displacing according to a pushing volume by a user; a position detecting part for detecting a position of the displaced button part; a middle switching part for switching a circuit in case a position detected by the position detecting part is matched with a set value; a main switching part for switching other circuits in case the button part is further pushed in, excess of the set value; and a setting part for setting the set value. The button type switch can be, further, provided with a reaction force generating part for generating reaction force against pushing by contacting with the button part in case the button part is pushed so as to reach a given position.
