<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select operating frequency conditions, wherein reflective electric power becomes smaller so as to avoid the situation for the power supply section, where the reflective electric power becomes extremely large. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A microwave processing device has an oscillation section 2, power amplifiers 41-44; a heating chamber 8 for storing heated objects 9; the power supply sections 51-54 for transmitting an output of a microwave generating section 1, arranged on a wall surface of the heating chamber 8 and projecting and supplying the microwave in the heating chamber 8; and power detecting sections 61-64 for detecting power reflected from the power supply sections 51-54 to the power amplifiers 41-44. A reflective power minimum condition is set up to be the total sum average of the reflective power detected by respective power detection sections 61-64, on the minimum reflective power condition search operation, prior to heating operation.
