<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spouting tool capable of effectively preventing beverage from being jetted out of a container body. <P>SOLUTION: The spouting tool 1 with a spouting cylindrical part 4 to be welded to an opening forming part of a container body includes: a lid fitting part 5 connected to one side part of a base part 2; an upper lid 6 connected to the lid fitting part 5 via a hinge 10; a receiving member fitting part 7 connected to the other side part of the base part 2 located opposite to one side part of the base part 2 across a bellows part 3 and extending outside from the base part 2; and a receiving member 8 connected to the receiving member fitting part 7 to hold a cylindrical part 4a of the spouting cylindrical part 4. In the spouting tool 1, the cylindrical part 4a of the spouting cylindrical part 4 is guided to the receiving member 8 in cooperation with the upper lid 6 when the upper lid 6 is closed, and the upper lid 6 is held by the receiving member 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
