<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device capable of suppressing atmospheric pressure difference generated between inside/outside an axial lip and suppressing abrasion of the axial lip. <P>SOLUTION: On an outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical outside-fitted and fixed part 65 of a slinger 52, a taper outer peripheral surface 70 whose outer diameter becomes larger as it goes closer to an axial flange part 66 side at an end part on the opposite side of the axial flange part 66 side. An elastic member 51 is provided with: the axial lip 54 extending from a base part 53 of the elastic member 51 adhering to a core metal member 50, for sliding at the flange part 66; and a grease lip 56 extending from the base part 53, for sliding on the taper outer peripheral surface 70. A surface 90 axially facing to the flange part 66 in the grease lip 56 is made to be a taper inner peripheral surface whose inner diameter becomes larger as it goes closer to the axial flange part 66 side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
