CONTINUOUS RICE COOKING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous rice cooking apparatus capable of efficiently performing rice cooking work.

SOLUTION: The continuous rice cooking apparatus 1 cooks rice while intermittently moving a plurality of rice cooking pots 2 having pot body parts 7 and flange parts 8 protrusively provided at the pot body parts 7. The continuous rice cooking apparatus 1 includes a conveying means 3 for moving the plurality of rice cooking pots 2 arranged so that the mutually facing flange parts 8 come in contact. The continuous rice cooking apparatus 1 includes a heating means 4 for heating the rice cooking pots 2. A portion below the flange part 8 out of the pot body part 7 of each rice cooking pot 2 is heated with heat from the heating means 4 in a state of being located in a substantially sealed heating space 95.
