<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mountable bottle holder that can be carried during exercising or moving and that is for conveniently taking drinking water in a bottle, by eliminating a trouble of taking out a water bottle or a PET bottle stored in a bag or the like in drinking water during exercising or moving and by saving an extra space for the water bottle in the storing bag. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bottle holder is provided in one part with a clamp and a belt for mounting on the arm, and in the other part with a clamp and a belt for fixedly holding a water bottle or a PET bottle.
