<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a resin cutting plate having a plurality of resin discharge holes from being stuck by slide-rotating the resin cutting plate with respect to a cover each other, to obtain a prescribed resin block. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This discharge resin cutter for a resin extruder is provided with the resin cutting plate (17) having a plurality of resin guide holes (16), on an under face of the cover (14) having the plurality of resin discharge holes (15) in an under part of a diverter valve body (3), and is constituted to cut a fused resin material (21) dropped down vertically from each resin discharge hole (15) of the diverter valve body (3) into a prescribed length, by rotation-driving the resin cutting plate (17) by a worm gear (20a).
