PURPOSE: A radiation device and an antenna thereof are provided to reduce a beam tracking error by increasing the electrical length of a dipole device through a dielectric member. CONSTITUTION: A second dipole device(308) is arranged to be contiguous to a first dipole device(304). A third dipole device(312) faces the first dipole device. A fourth dipole device(316) faces the second dipole device. A dielectric member is combined with at least one among the first or the fourth dipole device. The first dipole device comprises a first sub dipole device for a positive current and a second sub dipole device for a negative current. The third dipole device comprises a third sub dipole device for a positive current and a fourth sub dipole device for a negative current.
